You will be asked to fill out an Assessment Questionnaire which includes 10 questions designed to give both of us a good overview of your business and your current situation.  You may learn a lot just by doing this assessment. The questions are designed to help you discover areas that may require attention. When we receive the completed assessment, one of our certified business coaches will give you a complimentary 30 – 60 minute consultation and answer any questions you may have.  We call this an X-Ray of your business.

 There is no obligation beyond that initial conversation.  However, if you would like, a more comprehensive, on site assessment is available for a modest investment. 
 
 On Site Diagnostic Evaluation
 
We call this an MRI of your business.  The diagnostic examination generally requires two or three days to undertake.  During the analysis, we will work with you and your key personnel, if you would like, to identify specific factors that may be harmful to your company's future performance.  We will also identify opportunities and make recommendations to help you increase productivity and grow your revenues.
