In many cases, the one common factor in achieving a significant degree of success, in any area of your life, is how effective you are when dealing with people.
In general, why do people connect with and work well with some people while with others, we have difficulties? Under normal situations, these difficulties are caused by the subtle and apparent differences in the way we deal with each other. Differences in people make us uncomfortable on a conscious and unconscious level.
The opposite of this is also true. Therefore, when we learn how to adapt our behaviors, in a way that is more acceptable to others, they instantly begin to accept us.

Assessments
We start with two of the most accurate assessment tools available to professional coaches, mentors and advisors. The DISC® behavioral style assessment will help you understand how others see, perceive and interpret your behaviors in various settings. You must first know how you are perceived before you are able to make adjustments that will help you to achieve your goals. We also use the PIAV® which identifies what motivates you to increase your performance and results. When you are able to improve the perception people have of you and stay focused on the factors that motivate you, your performance improves, your self-confidence sky rockets and you begin to excel!
Process
People learn best from trial and error. More than 25 years of working with over 3500 business and individual clients has taught me that spaced repetition is the most effective way to develop winning attitudes and positive expectations for the future.
