Rightly or wrongly, people tend to assign value to others based upon their perception of the person's ability to produce desired results in a predetermined period of time.  This is especially true in the business world.
 
For example, have you ever heard someone say, "don't buy from a rich salesperson or hire a poor attorney."  Think for a moment what is being implied here?
 
They are implying and judging the person's certainty to perform or fail based on their past performance.  These perceptions of success or failure have the power to influence customers, investors and employees in a way that most definitely impacts a company's bottom line.  Why else would they hire public relations firms and "spin doctors"?  People's perceptions effect your income and your opportunities.  Since these perceptions are created by past performance, it is crucial that you take proactive steps to develop the skill and attitudes that create success and the awareness of success. 
 
Three Basic Skills:
  1. Your ability to successfully sell yourself, your product/services and your ideas to people who have the power, influence and ability to buy.
  2. Your ability to effectively communicate and lead people to achieve desired results as a team or group while helping them achieve that which is important to them as individuals.
  3. The ability to solve problems on your own and through the efforts of others.
People Skills
In many cases, the one common factor in achieving a significant degree of success, in any area of your life, is how effective  you are when dealing with people.
 
In general, why do people connect with and work well with some people while with others, we have difficulties?  Under normal situations, these difficulties are caused by the subtle and apparent differences in the way we deal with each other.  Differences in people make us uncomfortable on a conscious and unconscious level.
 
The opposite of this is also true.  Therefore, when we learn how to adapt our behaviors, in a way that is more acceptable to others, they instantly begin to accept us.
 
And that is a skill that puts you in a favorable postion to generate greater results!
 
Your Genius
We are all genius in at least one area, we are good at a few things and not so good at a lot.  Most people are this way.  The key to success, satisfaction and happiness is to identify your "genius" and build the skills and attitudes upon it that allow you to demonstrate your genius to others.  When you use your genius to solve problems or create opportunities for others who have the ability to pay you, you become an expert.  When you are an expert and many people hire you, they you can go on vacation whenever you way! 
 
Discovering Your Genius
So, how do you discover your genius?  This coaching process will bring about a better understanding of yourself, your strengths and areas for improvement.  We will work with you to discover the areas of life you are passionate about.  Then we design a coaching plan to help you achieve more with your time, talents and energy. This approach makes success easier and more rewarding because the coaching is focused on building on your strengths, to achieve your goals in the areas that you are passionate about!  Aren't you getting excited about all of the possibilities that become available to you when you start this process?  So what is the process?.
 
Assessments
We start with two of the most accurate assessment tools available to professional coaches, mentors and advisors.  The DISC® behavioral style assessment will help you understand how others see, perceive and interpret your behaviors in various settings.  You must first know how you are perceived before you are able to make adjustments that will help you to achieve your goals.  We also use the PIAV® which identifies what motivates you to increase your performance and results.  When you are able to improve the perception people have of you and stay focused on the factors that motivate you, your performance improves, your self-confidence sky rockets and you begin to excel! 
 
Process
People learn best from trial and error.  More than 25 years of working with over 3500 business and individual clients has taught me that spaced repetition is the most effective way to develop winning attitudes and positive expectations for the future.  Teach information and knowledge for practice.  Then discuss the results and use coaching techniques to teach you how to adapt your behaviors and develop the powerful skills that result in some serious "go on vacation any time you want" success!
